The client says they came less often than marked. There's nothing to argue with — the records were kept by hand.
A session is deducted at check-in, both sides see the balance
There's a request, but no reply for two days. The person has already signed up at another studio near home.
AI replies instantly and brings the newcomer to their first class
AI administrator in Instagram and Telegram, seat limits, waitlist, freezes, trainer cabinets, till and reports.
A seat limit on every class, a waitlist when the hall is full, and a cancellation frees the seat automatically.
Session packs, validity period, deduction per visit. You see whose membership is running out.
The client goes away — the membership is paused with a return date, no manual recalculation.
Replies in Instagram and Telegram in Russian and Uzbek, understands voice messages, books into groups.
A trainer sees their own timetable, group roster and earnings — without access to the whole base.
Sales of memberships, drop-in sessions and goods, revenue by day and by trainer.
A session is deducted when attendance is marked. The client sees the balance, you see who is about to finish their membership — and renew it before they disappear.

A seat in the evening group is taken, and at the start — silence: the client simply did not come. No cancellation, no chance to give that seat to the next person on the waitlist.
Turn prepayment on — a percentage of the total or a flat amount. The invoice goes out right at booking: the client pays by card, the money lands in your own till, and the seat is held while the payment goes through. Not paid — the seat is free again and the next client takes it.

You will not have to set anything up yourself. Inside it works like Telegram: lists and buttons — and support replies there too, not in tickets.
Send a link to your Instagram or a price list — we set up the group timetable, seat limits and session packs ourselves and show it back to you for a check.

Fifteen minutes and you are ready to work. If anything slips, support replies in Telegram.
Put your own set together: the CRM is priced per staff member and per period, the AI agent is priced per message. Messages never expire.
How many staff do you have?
Up to 2
You can change the number of staff at any time inside Alter.
Enter promo code ALTER30 while your trial is running — the first 7 days after signing up — and get 30% off the 3, 6 and 12-month plans. First subscription only; once the trial ends the offer is gone.
The monthly figure is spread over the whole period, bonus months included: you pay for the period up front at 72 000 sum per employee a month, and the bonus months come free. The first 7 days of the CRM are free and we do not ask for a card. We gift 200 messages at signup so you can see how the AI answers your clients. Messages are paid for once, never expire and are not tied to the CRM period — when they run out, you top up by any amount.
Yes. Group classes run with a seat limit and a waitlist, personal sessions work as a regular booking with a trainer. Both types live in one timetable and, if needed, in one membership.
Yes. You can issue a membership to a company and attach employees to it: sessions are deducted from the shared pack, and an attendance report is exported for the employer.
You set the freeze period — the validity is shifted automatically and no sessions are lost. The client gets a message when the membership is active again.
The client goes onto the waitlist. If someone cancels, the seat is offered to the first in the queue — automatically, without an administrator.
